Budget Bow Hoyt Turbo Hawk Giveaway - Terms and Conditions*
Eligibility:
- The giveaway is open to legal residents of the Continental United States.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
2. Entry Period:
- The giveaway begins on the day this video was posted and ends 2/2/25 after the video was posted. Entries submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. Comment on the BUDGET BOW BUILD & HUNT + GIVEAWAY YouTube video with your personal Instagram handle (Example: @josh.pflasterer)
- By commenting on the video, you agree to all terms and conditions.
4. Winner Selection:
- The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries from comments on the video.
- Winner will be announced on our Youtube live on February 2nd, 2025 at 7pm CST.
5. Notification:
We will check to see if the selected person is following on Instagram. If they are not, we will randomly select another. We will then reach out to the winner via instagram with a direct message video if the winner has not directly reached out to us first.
6. Prize:
- The prize is one used right handed Hoyt Turbo Hawk bow with included sight, arrow rest, peep sight, release, 6 arrows, field points and 3 broadheads.
- Bow Only Outdoors is not liable to replace the bow or accessories in the event of damage during transit or if the bow is lost during shipping.
- No cash or other prize substitution is permitted.
7. Shipping:
- The prize will be shipped to the winner's provided address within an estimated 2 weeks of winner confirmation (subject to change).
8. Taxes:
- The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with the prize.
9. Publicity:
- Acceptance of the prize constitutes permission for Bow Only Outdoors to use the winner's name and likeness for promotional purposes without further compensation.
10. General Conditions:
- Bow Only Outdoors reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process.
- Bow Only Outdoors is not responsible for lost or late entries.
